Shipping and Billing information

Shipping is to billing address ONLY unless other arrangements are made via email. SATURDAY delivery is EXTRA, you must purchase the Saturday shipping item. This is in addition to the overnight shipping fee calculated for your order. All Saturday shipments are HOLD AT LOCATION, NO EXCEPTIONS. Saturday shipments are not guaranteed if FedEx does not deliver on Saturday.

Aquamart is determined to safely ship our prized specimens to you using the fastest and most reliable carrier.

Our prized coral specimens and frags are shipped with heavy duty bags to prevent leaks, Styrofoam boxes with cardboard shells, with heat or cold packs depending on environmental conditions.

Currently we are using FedEx priority overnight for shipping.  FedEx ships next day Monday through Thursday.  Saturday shipping arrival is $30 extra and can be added to your cart.

We currently do not ship any products (live or dry goods) out of the continental United States.

Shipping schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Friday with prior approval.)

Flat rate shipping: Includes box and shipping charges

  • 7x7x6 Sm Styro Box – (1-5 Frags) $45*
  • 11x11x6 Md Styro Box – (6-16 Frags): $65*
  • 12x12x10 Lg Styro Box – (17+ Frags): $85* to $95 based on weight

*Heat Pack: $1.00
*Cold Pack: $1.00
These will be used if necessary to insure proper temperature of goods.
One or two pack(s) based on box size and weather conditions on dates of shipment.

Marine life aka fish shipping must be scheduled with Aquamart, we do not ship anything live unannounced or unscheduled.  You will receive a tracking number via email the evening before your shipment will arrival.  In the event of inclement weather or any shipping liability, please be aware that we are not liable for shipping delays.  We highly encourage you to take delivery via your local FedEx facility!  Aquamart will do our best to keep you updated and aware of any possible shipping problems.  Aquamart guarantees live arrival, but in regards to all personal time and expenses due to unforeseen shipping delays and consequences, the buyer/receiving party is responsible. We will not be responsible for refused or returned orders due to incorrect address.

All corals on the site are either quarantined or healed for a minimum of 1 week before shipping.  We will email you to arrange shipping 24 to 48 hours after orders are placed. Please include requested ship dates in your order notes, and we will do our best to work with you.  Don’t hesitate to call to discuss ship dates and the status of your order at 303-716-5700. All orders must ship within 1 week of order date. If you cannot accept a delivery during thing time please contact us! At your request, your order can be cancelled and refunded anytime during the shipping window of 1 week. After 1 week you can still cancel an order and you will be issued a store credit, valid for 1 year.

Aquamart will work with you to find a suitable shipping date that accommodates your busy schedule and ours.  You will receive a tracking # email from fed-ex confirming your order has shipped.  If you do not receive an email by the night before your order is to ship, please call or email us to confirm the shipment date.  


Our corals are healthy and happy when shipped out.  If for some reason your order (or individual coral) does not survive the trip you will receive a credit towards another order.  You must notify us via email of DOA corals within 4 hours of delivery! Do not throw away any corals, as we may ask you to provide photos of the corals.  This credit will be valid for 1 month.  There is no refund on shipping/box charges under any circumstances.  Canceled orders will be refunded, please allow 1-2 weeks for this to appear on your billing statement.  We are not responsible for errors in acclimation, general care (over or under lighting, water flow, water chemistry, temperature, or inter species coral aggression).  Please ask if you are unsure, we are here to help!  In some rare cases your credit may depend on pictures of the expired coral, or we may request coral skeletons be sent back to us.  Charge backs for the entire shipment including shipping without contacting us via email are illegal and will be prosecuted for fraud.  We can only ship to the billing address and to the cardholder. We may ask to allow 2-3 weeks for stressed or damaged corals to be evaluated for DOA.  Many corals bounce back and begin to quickly recover from shipping stress. If possible we will ship replacement coral with another order. If you have any problems whatsoever, please address concerns via email to  We will respond within 24-48 hours.

Please note we do not ship right before and during major holidays or retail sale events, (Thanksgiving, Black Friday or Cyber Monday Christmas, New Years, and July 4th). The risk to live coral shipments is simply too high, due to the increases in overnight shipping at these times. All orders placed during Black Friday and Cyber Monday will be shipped the following week. We do not ship the week before Christmas, or the span from Christmas to New Year’s Day. All Friday for Saturday shipments near holidays must have prior authorization, and will void any guarantee by Aquamart.
